Welcome to Kinva Home Modern Living, officially registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions, sales contracts, orders, and services arranged through our online store and workshop channels.

By accessing this website, registering an account, or placing any order, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms herein, fully aligned with Egyptian Commercial and Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

We take pride in building functional Scandinavian-inspired furniture manufactured to exacting engineering standards:

• Core Materials: We engineer our structural panels using high-density natural blockboard (Good Wood), highly resistant to warping and ambient humidity, supported by solid hardwood legs for long-term stability.
• Protective Finishes: All surfaces feature heat-sealed, scratch-resistant matte coatings and natural wood veneers that are easily maintained with a damp cloth, using eco-friendly, non-toxic coatings.
• Hardware & Hinges: All drawer runners and cabinet hinges utilize smooth hydraulic soft-close mechanisms built for effortless everyday use.

We offer clients tailor-made sizing, color options, and interior shelf modifications to fit specific room floor plans:

• Any item requested with customized dimensions or non-standard finishes is classified as a "Bespoke / Custom Order".
• Production scheduling commences immediately following confirmation and payment of the required deposit (20% to 50% depending on the unit scope).
• Under Article 17 of Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, custom-manufactured products ordered to bespoke specifications are exempt from general change-of-mind return policies, while your full right to replacement or correction remains absolute if dimensions deviate from agreed drawings or if manufacturing defects arise.

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and inclusive of statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).

• Official printed tax invoices accompany every delivery and are handed to the customer upon final assembly.

We provide comprehensive doorstep delivery and on-site assembly handled by specialized technicians:

• Geographic Coverage: Delivery spans Greater Cairo, Alexandria, Delta governorates, Canal cities, and Upper Egypt.
• Lead Times: Fabrication and dispatch take between 7 to 14 business days depending on design complexity; scheduling is confirmed via phone and WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
• Customer Building Access Verification: The client is responsible for verifying in advance that building entrances, elevator dimensions, stairwell widths, and room doorways accommodate the ordered units safely.
• If entry is obstructed due to exceptionally narrow stairways through no fault of the delivery team, external crane hoist logistics can be coordinated at the client's direct expense.

Reflecting full compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection regulations:

• Doorstep Inspection: The customer has the absolute right to inspect and examine pieces upon assembly before the delivery team departs and prior to remitting final payments.
• Standard Catalog Pieces: Customers may request return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided items remain in completely unused original condition with packaging materials preserved.
• Defect Coverage: Should any manufacturing flaw appear during the warranty term, Kinva Home covers all transportation, servicing, or unit replacement costs with zero charges to the customer.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are disbursed through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of warehouse receipt and inspection.
